Sizzling Seared Shrimp
1 lb medium shrimp-peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon of herb seasoning of your choice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic powder or fresh garlic to taste
2 tablespoons pecan oil
Fresh lemon or lime slices
Combine seasonings with pecan oil and place in a large skillet or on a griddle at 350 to 375 degrees. Add shrimp and cook until light pink. Turn once, be careful not to overcook.
